I understand that it is important to put SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) in every equipments that we have. But is it neccesary to put SOP's for every single thing (READ: how to turn on the light, how to use the Emergency box a.k.a Peti Kecemasan, how to turn on the aircond, how to use the phone)....? orrr maybe I should write an SOP on how to use the white board, how to open the refrigerator and how to use the toilet as well... hmmm

I understand that in order to implement the ISO we need to have everything documented in the most easiest way to understand (KEY WORD: IMAGINE THAT EVERYONE IS STUPID-that's what he said). Still SOP on how to turn on the lights??? Ada ka org tia tau macamana mo 'ON' lampu??? There's a fine line between imagining everyone is STUPID and everyone is RETARDED you know, and that is wat he is doing rite now...! hmmm

I understand that we need to reduce cost kalau mo untung besar! But is it neccessary to give save it on electric consumption? (READ: Aircond tidak boleh di set di bawah 26 darjah selsius kerana ia boleh meningkatkan kadar penggunaan elektrik!)... wat the H*** is that? You are a SHARK in the sea man, NOT the ANCHOVIES!

I understand that in order to improve the Quality, we need to set the standard plan (have yet to be approved! Im about to leave odi lorrr... simpan la tu buat kenang-kenangan). Anyway, we are implementing the ISO. Is it necessary to have HACCP as well... we are talking about POULTRY and SWINE feed here... not HUMAN food! Implementing HACCP in a FEEDMILL? Aiyo!

You might be a 'sifu' in the FOOD industry, but in this field (every single one of us hv our own area of expertise!), respect us for that leh (everyone have their own expertise what). When we give opinion, we don't simply say, it comes thru our experience & our knowledge. You just won't listen... OK then, it's fine with me... hehehe...

muahaha...and you're only here for about less than 3 months, yet you're already receiving 4 resignation letter and 2 transfer request (maybe I should make a STATISTIC on that!)... We should document it, rite?...hmmm...& Perhaps you guys can help me with the Pie Chart :p
