Freedom Camp 2006: Mind Over Matter - Part 1

Last weekend I went to Bundu Tuhan for Freedom Camp 2006. The camp was organized by the Lifeline SHC Ministry for all the Catholic youths. The theme of the camp is Mind over matter and the speaker is Jude Antoine. What a great speaker he is *tho every words comes from God* (^_^) ... He makes the Holy Bible so alive.



The three pieces of paper above contains verses from the Bible for us to reflects ourself every single day at the camp. One of them were posted into my J-mail. I'm not being dramatic here but every single reflections that I receive do have connections to myself. I've been discussing this with Nova, as she also been receiving reflections of the day that have connections with her. We're witnessing? Actually, we are witnessing every single day but sometimes we tends to be blinded with things (^_^).


This is my cousin Jessica. So unlikely kan both of us. But we are cousins, her mother & my father are siblings. She's the one who told me about this camp. I really want to go to this camp when she first told me. But then there are some problems that I have to face before I can say *YES I'M GOING TO THE CAMP*. First, it's my own personal problem & second regarding my leave & my work. I told Jessica about my problems & she said "I'll pray for u"... & Praise the Lord, He answers our prayer. The next day, both me & Nova went to see her in UMS to pay the entrance fee. Oh ya I forgot. Together with Aneurin. Hehe.

At the camp I meet a lot of friends. Together we experience the Love of God. Here are some of the pictures

• Picture of Prem, Lidwina & Me. Lidwina is a very soft-spoken girl. I remember on the last day of the camp, Lidwina approach me and ask me to join them in Lifeline. If time permits & with God's will, I would love to join u guys. Prem is very talkative, he approached me on the 2nd day of the camp by saying that he used to see me in UMS before. Hmmm. To be honest, I don't really recognise him before but it's nice knowing him. He will always comes up with a story in case u run out of it. BTW, Nova has a nickname for him..Ekeke
