I would say that my current addiction would be the Lemonade Tycoon game.. I was trying out a few games that have been installed in my newly-born ‘baby’… My new Notebook PC which I called MyLappie (^_^)… After trying out a few games, this game caught my interest.. It’s called LEMONADE TYCOON!
This game is about venturing into a Lemonade business. You’ll be given a modal of $40 to start your business. Before you begin the day as a Lemonade seller, you have to rent a place where u want to have your stall opened (upon renting u have to take the weather, the news and the amount of petty cash that you have into consideration), buy supplies to make your lemonade according to the lemonade recipe that you’ve set, set the price of one lemonade (here u have to include the cost for making the lemonade, advertisement and also the rent)… when you do a business, you have to set a target rite?… mesti mo profit kan, mana ada org buat bisnes semata2 mo rugi! ;p
The 1st month as a Lemonade seller was a struggle (sounds so reall oo me! Haha).. the customers hated my Lemonade recipe! I finish da 1st month just to set my Lemonade recipe diz! (it requires series of trial and error!)… cerewet tu pembeli! In the 2nd month I started to do promotion! I increase the amount of advertisement cost since I finally found da ‘right’ lemonade recipe (phew!)… Gaining profit from it, I started to do some investment in the 3rd month, I bought a Lemon crusher, an ice-maker, and a refrigerator… In the 4th month, I bought a new stall! To attract more customer… but my customers started to complain about my service… my customers are increasing & yet I dun hv enuff facility to be able to serve them… they have to line up while waiting for me to prepare the lemonade (haiya! Lari customer sa… impatient butul!)…so I hired a cashier & a clown to cheer up the customer while lining up.. (it helps.. a bit oni la.. not a lot bit!)
In the 5th month, I change da location of my stall.. for the 1st 5 months I would choose the playground, mall, beach, train station and at da downtown. Bila modal da cukup, I choose to rent da stadium (which cost me $150 a day just for the rent)…tp banyak pembeli la!
What I like about this game is, it’s so real… There’s are days where you’ll finish your sales and there are days where u won’t be having any customer (when this happen menyedihkan ooo!).. on the 6th month, I took the risk & use all the money that I have to buy all the utilities that are required to improve on my service.. I also change my stall into a more attractive one.. I concentrate on customer satisfaction towards my service and the popularity of my lemonade.. Worth taking the risk! In the 7th month, I manage to change my lemon stall into a lemon castle.. Now it’s more than just a lemonade…hehe… jadi lemonade tycoon suda saya.. I have everything that being offered in the game… my daily PROFIT (PROFIT ah bukan INCOME) would be $350++ …so kalau satu hari teda sales pun no hal ni!...If oni it happen in real life! haha (dream on TiTy…it’s GOOD to have a dream to LIVE on!)
Anyway, thinking about the game makes me realize one thing (jan tetau! Computer games pun ada moral values tau!) …hehe… it makes me think, since I can be considered a lemonade tycoon within 7 months… From a Lemonade hawker to a Lemonade Tycoon…in other word having the game completed as a successful entrepreneur…SO, WHAT’S NEXT??
In life, we might come or reach a stage where we will have all the wealth in the world or have all the things that we ever wanted. I, myself haven’t reach this stage la.. my life is still a struggle!.. I was just having this wonder, if I ever reach this stage, am I going to be happy with it? I found my answer to my question. It’s a big fat NO!
No matter how successful you are, how intelligent you are, how wealthy you are or how comfortable your life is. Witnessing the trend of a human being, we are NEVER satisfied with what we have. We always wanted more & more, tidak pandai puas hati…we always have our BUT…!, our WHAT IF…? and WHAT’S NEXT…? and the series of WH-questions goes on… (aci potong jari la kalau ada yang mo bankang statement saya ni!). Cutting the story short! (ngantuk da saya ni! A long journey to KK tomorrow! **smiles,smiles**).. I came into a conclusion that the only thing that can give you satisfaction in life is LOVE… Yes! It’s LOVE… (at least it applies to me! Hehe)
