I finished reading this book aound a month ago. But, I'm so lazy to write a review on it. Ever heard of the word procrastination?! hehe... anyway, It's better late than never... The book was damn good!!! So credits should be given... Kudos to you Dan Brown... You're such a talented author...
This book is definitely a page-turner... The way the secret codes were written, it was very detail, multi-layered & intelligent.. You just gonna love it.
The story started off with the murder of the elderly curator of the Louvre inside a museum, leaving a trail of clues behind the works of Da Vincci. It must be discovered to unveil the astonishing truth that has been concealed for the past centuries. So, there goes Robert Langdon & Sophie Neveu as the main plot in this novel... in their journey to solve the meaning behind each codes & to discover the mysteries behind the works of Leornado Da Vinci.
The works of Leornado Da Vinci... from The Vitruvian Man as the first leading clue
~> This pic is not the real Da vinci work of The Vitruvian Man. It's taken from the ANTM cycle 5 official website <~
And to discover the secret behind The Monalisa smile...
~> This is not the real Da Vinci work of The Monalisa. It's also taken from the ANTM cycle 5 official website <~
Though this book is only a fiksyen but I'm sure you'll never look the works of Leonardo Da Vinci the same way again!
~> This is definitely not a work of Da Vinci. It's Nicole the winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 5. Picture taken from ANTM cycle 5 official website <~
Overall, this book is an A+ book! However, the only minus point of this book are, some part are predictable & some of the words are quite difficult for me to understand. But hey, that's the purpose of Dictionary... Anyway, this is a highly recommended book. You won't regret. Can't wait for the movie to be premiered next year (",)
